1169AB is a 1:1 soft epoxy resin for sticker coating, made for clear doming on labels, stickers, ornaments and LED strip surfaces. The transparent two-part system offers an 80-minute pot life at 25℃, giving enough time for accurate dispensing and smooth surface formation. After curing in 12–20 hours, it reaches Shore A 55 hardness, creating a flexible protective layer rather than a rigid coating. Moderate viscosity helps the resin stay controlled on small surfaces while forming a clear raised finish. This formula suits soft labels, decorative stickers and LED encapsulation that need clarity, bendability and clean edge control.

Storage And Shelf Life
1. Store at the temperature of 25°C or cool and dry place. Avoid from sunlight, high temperature or high humidity environment.
2. Use up as soon as possible when opened. It is strictly forbidden to expose to the air for a long time after it is opened to avoid affecting the quality of the products. The shelf life is 12 months in the room temperature of 25°C.

We test 2g mixture, ths curing time is 12-20 hours at the temperature of 25℃, but if you mix more per time, the curing time will be shorter, we do suggest you to test it before your apply.
