Mulch & Rock Glue

Mulch and rock glue can bond pebbles, gravel, colored sand, mulch, small stones and decorative aggregates. Particle size and layer depth affect the required amount.

Clear water-based glue aims to keep the original material color visible after drying. Small-area testing helps check gloss, darkening or surface change.

Rain resistance develops after the glue dries fully. Rain during early drying may wash away uncured glue or reduce bonding strength.

Dust, leaves, standing water and loose debris should be removed first. Dry and clean materials help the glue spread and bond more evenly.

Spraying can work for light surface fixing or shallow layers. Deeper gravel or larger mulch pieces may need heavier application or repeated coverage.

Drying time depends on temperature, humidity, airflow, layer depth and application amount. Cool or damp weather usually requires longer drying time.

Rock glue can help hold colored sand patterns in place when applied with controlled coverage. Fine sand may need light, even application to avoid surface flooding.
