20 Shore A RTV-2 Silicone Rubber for Mold Making

Model: 717AB-F (20°)    Hardness: 20±2 Shore A

717AB-F (20°) is a 1:1 two-part platinum silicone with 20±2 Shore A hardness, built for reusable molds that need steady shape retention. This grade gives more body than softer silicone, helping molds stay aligned during pouring and demolding. High flowability still allows the liquid silicone to capture fine surface details before curing. Natural self-degassing reduces trapped air, while flexibility and tear resistance help extend mold service life. It works well for craft molds, decorative casting, resin products and gypsum pieces that need repeat use with dependable mold stability.
