Mulch Rock Glue for Gravel & Wood Chip Mulch
Model: 616-45 Operation Temperature (℃): 10-70℃
JH616-45 Mulch Glue—also known as mulch film glue, rock glue, water-based resin, or courtyard landscape glue—is a high-performance water-based acrylic emulsion specially developed for garden and courtyard landscape fixation, with a solid content of 45%. As a single-component system, it is ready to use straight from the container with no need for water dilution or additional mixing, offering maximum convenience. Its water-based formulation is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, safe for plants and pets, while delivering strong adhesion that securely anchors a wide range of landscape materials—including gravel, crushed stone, wood chips, and bark. Application is effortless with a standard sprayer; after spraying, it dries to the touch in approximately one day, forming a transparent film that effectively prevents erosion and displacement caused by wind, rain, or foot traffic. It is widely used for fixing materials on garden paths, terrace surfaces, flower bed edges, patios, passageways, decorative pad stones, and ground-shaping materials around outdoor plant roots.

45% High Solid Content – Superior Adhesive Strength
Compared to standard mulch glues, JH616-45 features a high solid content of 45%, meaning more effective film-forming substances per spray area. The cured transparent film is thicker and denser, delivering significantly enhanced adhesion – locking even large-sized gravel or thick wood chip layers firmly in place with minimal.

Long-Lasting Weather Resistance – One Application, Durable Protection
The dense transparent film formed by high solid content offers excellent water resistance and UV aging resistance, effectively withstanding rain erosion and high winds – preventing coverage materials from being washed or blown away. One application provides lasting protection, significantly reducing garden maintenance frequency and labor costs.

FAQ
-
What's the difference between JH616-45 and regular mulch glue?
-
The key difference is solid content. JH616-45 features 45% high solid content – meaning more effective ingredients. The cured protective film is thicker and offers stronger adhesion, especially suitable for large-sized gravel or thick wood chip layers, with extended service life.
-
What materials can this glue be used on?
-
It works on a wide range of landscape materials, including but not limited to: small gravel, pebbles, bark mulch, wood chips, sand, pine needles, hay piles, leaf piles, decorative pot pads, and various other ground cover materials.
-
How long does it take to set after spraying?
-
Under normal weather conditions (approx. 20°C–25°C with good ventilation), it takes about 25 hours to fully dry and form a transparent fixing film. The high-solid formula cures more efficiently – humid or cold weather may require extended drying time.
-
Will high solid content make the surface hard or reflective?
-
No. It still dries to a completely transparent film that does not alter the natural color or texture of materials, nor produce unnatural gloss. The film is simply thicker and more durable – virtually invisible to the naked eye.
-
Is it safe for pets and plants?
-
Yes, it is very safe. This water-based formula contains no organic solvents or toxic substances. However, we recommend keeping pets off the treated area until fully dry to avoid sticky paws. After drying, it is completely safe.
