The Deep-Pour Solution Crafted For Master-Level River Tables
Whether you are fabricating a 5-meter executive boardroom table or crafting a one-of-a-kind live-edge art piece, 318AB-8V is your most reliable partner. We understand the biggest pain points in deep casting – exotherm runaway, trapped bubbles, and insufficient working time. That's why we engineered this 2:1 system with a reduced reactivity profile, delivering a gentler exothermic curve, a generous 60-minute pot life, and ultra-low viscosity that lets bubbles escape naturally during the pour.

FAQ
-
What is the mixing ratio of this deep pour epoxy resin?
-
This epoxy resin uses a 2:1 mixing ratio by volume (Part A : Part B). Measure accurately and mix thoroughly for 3–5 minutes, scraping the sides and bottom of the mixing container to ensure complete blending.
-
How long is the working time?
-
The working time is approximately 60 minutes at 25°C (77°F). Higher temperatures will shorten the working time, while lower temperatures will extend it.
-
How long does it take to fully cure?
-
The resin typically cures within 48–72 hours, depending on the ambient temperature, humidity, and casting thickness. Allow the project to cure in a clean, dust-free environment.
-
Can I purchase in bulk?
-
Yes. We support OEM/ODM services, bulk orders, custom packaging, and stable worldwide supply. Every batch undergoes strict quality control to ensure consistent viscosity, clarity, and performance.
-
Is this epoxy resin suitable for beginners?
-
Yes. With its 2:1 easy mixing ratio, long 60-minute working time, excellent self-leveling properties, and bubble-release performance, it is suitable for both beginners and experienced woodworkers.
