2:1 Long Working Time Epoxy Resin for Deep Casting
Model: 2338AB Mixing Ratio: 2:1 by volume
Epoxy Resin 2338AB is a professional-grade two-component system specially engineered for large-scale casting and deep pour applications. Its unique 2:1 mix ratio, combined with ultra-low viscosity and an extended 6-hour pot life, allows for exceptional penetration and controlled exothermic heat release. This formulation supports a single-pour depth of up to 15cm while achieving outstanding bubble-free results without the need for specialized degassing equipment. With a full curing time of 100 hours, it cures into a highly rigid, clear, and dense solid, making it ideal for large art pieces, electronic potting, and industrial prototyping.

The Ultra-Slow Cure Deep-Pour System for Epic-Scale Masterpieces
When your project scales up from "tabletop" to "landmark," the short working time and violent exotherm of ordinary epoxy resins become your biggest obstacles. The 2338AB is engineered to solve exactly this challenge – through a revolutionary 2:1 formulation, we've stretched the curing reaction to 100 hours, delivering a 6-hour ultra-long pot life and unprecedented low-exotherm safety, turning 15cm single-shot deep pours from a "high-risk gamble" into "standard procedure."

Ideal Applications
Extra-large river dining tables, solid wood tea tables, epoxy resin sculptures, commercial countertops, stair rail fillings, large-area floor inlays, and more.

FAQ
-
What is the mixing ratio?
-
Mix 2 parts Resin (Part A) with 1 part Hardener (Part B) by volume. Measure accurately and mix thoroughly for 3–5 minutes until the liquid becomes completely uniform.
-
How long is the working time?
-
The resin provides approximately 6 hours of working time at 25°C (77°F), giving you plenty of time to remove bubbles, arrange decorative materials, and complete large-scale pours.
-
Can I use it for river tables?
-
Yes. It is specially designed for deep river tables, live-edge furniture, wood slabs, and other thick casting applications, providing crystal-clear transparency with low exotherm.
-
Can I purchase in bulk?
-
Yes. We support OEM/ODM services, bulk orders, custom packaging, and stable worldwide supply. Every batch undergoes strict quality control to ensure consistent viscosity, clarity, and performance.
-
Can this resin be sanded and polished?
-
Absolutely. After full cure, the resin can be cut, drilled, sanded, polished, and finished to achieve a mirror-like surface.
